Conveyancing Paralegal – Reading
Salary: £23,000 to £27,000 (market-aligned)

The Role
You will support the Conveyancing team across the full lifecycle of residential transactions, including:
*Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Preparing contract packs, handling enquiries, and supporting pre- and post-completion work
*Conducting searches, ID checks, AP1/OS applications, and liaising with the Land Registry
*Managing client updates and keeping files compliant and well-organised
*Working closely with fee-earners to ensure transactions move efficiently and smoothly
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience within residential conveyancing (minimum 6 months preferred)
*Strong organisational skills and excellent written communication
*Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced team
*A proactive approach, confidence with clients, and great attention to detail
*Desire for career development, with interest in progressing within property law
