Location: Winnersh Triangle, Reading
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs) or Part-time (20, 25 or 30 hrs)
Salary: Up to £32,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits
Office-Based Role with Flexible Shift Options

? The Role
The successful IFA Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth client journeys, supporting financial advisers, and maintaining the high standards the firm is known for. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, teamwork, and delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
*Responding to client queries promptly and professionally
*Maintaining accurate client communications and records
*Gathering and verifying policy information in accordance with KYC standards
*Obtaining quotes, illustrations, and product details
*Managing the full onboarding process for new clients
*Processing and submitting new business applications
*Supporting advisers with trades, fund switches, and peer-review tasks
*Preparing documentation for client meetings and annual reviews
*Managing electronic signatures and secure data processes (e.g., DocuSign)
*Creating and managing follow-up tasks and workflow actions
*Ensuring full compliance with FCA, AML and GDPR regulations
*Proactively engaging in training and personal development
Team Responsibilities:
*Working collaboratively with Administrators, Paraplanners, and Advisers
*Assisting in training and supporting new team members
*Conducting peer reviews on applications or technical tasks
? Ideal Candidate Profile
*Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services
*Strong technical understanding of pensions, investments or wealth planning
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel
*Experience with Intelliflo (iO) is desirable but not essential
*Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
*Capable of working to deadlines and managing busy workloads
*Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
*Industry qualifications welcomed but not required
