Production Manager - Night Shift
Monday- Thursday -18:00-06:30
Salary £50.000 - £55.000
Ideally training on day shift first for 6/8 weeks.
An established and fast-moving food manufacturing operation is looking for an experienced Production Manager (Night Shift) to take ownership of site operations during nights. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven production leader to step into a key role with real responsibility, autonomy, and influence.
You’ll be the senior decision-maker on shift, leading multiple departments and ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading night-shift operations
*Driving efficiency, performance, and output to meet production targets
*Delivering production plans and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time
*Overseeing labelling, traceability, allergen controls, and hygiene standards
*Managing cleaning schedules and ensuring SOPs are followed
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience as a Production Manager / Shift Manager within food manufacturing
*Strong understanding of BRCGS, food safety, and Health & Safety standards
*Confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
*Excellent organisational and decision-making skills
*Comfortable working night shifts
