The job:
As a key/visible member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and proactive support to the wider business. This role is ideal for someone currently studying towards CIMA/ACCA with good technical skills and commercial awareness who brings solid hands-on experience and a passion for continuous improvement.
*Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
*Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing clear insight to stakeholders.
*Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
*Work closely with operational teams to understand performance and drive improvements.
*Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
*Part-qualified status (CIMA/ACCA) with proven experience in management accounting.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Confidence in working with large datasets and financial systems.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
