Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Office-based, must drive
Free on-site parking

Key Responsibilities For A Customer Service Advisor
*Handling a of inbound and outbound telephone calls
*Responding to customer enquiries via email
*Providing accurate product and service information
*Resolving queries in a professional and timely manner
*Updating internal systems and records
*Supporting the wider office and customer service team
What We’re Looking For In A Customer Service Advisor:
*Previous office-based experience (essential)
*Confident and professional telephone manner
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Organised, reliable, and customer-focused
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
