We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Guildford office, helping to oversee a large portfolio of residential rental properties. You’ll handle everything from maintenance coordination and property inspections to ensuring full compliance and excellent service for landlords and tenants. If you have proven experience in property management and are based in or around Guildford, we’d be keen to hear from you.

*Basic salary range of £24000 to £31500 per year, dependent on experience
*Additional £5400 earnings expected through uncapped commission
*Minimum on-target earnings range of £29000 to £36000 per year, dependant on basic salary offered

*Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day-in-lieu)

What you’ll be doing as a Property Manager at Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Guildford
*Booking and conducting property inspections
*Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
*Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
*Deposit returns
*Resolving rental arrears
*Processing eviction requests
*Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Managing complaints
*Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Guildford
*Minimum 1+ years’ previous experience in a Property Manager role
