Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Southend on Sea, Essex
Salary: Negotiable
Hours: Monday to Friday


Objective:
To manage the warehouse teams, ensuring operations run smoothly, tasks are completed on time, and quality standards are met.


Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the team to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard.
*Oversee daily production operations and handle scheduling issues.
*Ensure quality control checks are done before products are shipped.
*Provide training and support to team members to improve efficiency.
*Monitor inventory, manage goods in/out, and supervise warehouse loading.
*Ensure the warehouse is organised, clean, and follows safety protocols at all times.
Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
*Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
*Experience using Sage or similar software for inventory and goods management.
*Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
*A valid driver’s license is preferred.
