Our client based in Hertford is looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support their client services and delivery teams within a global, creative company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety and has strong attention to detail. Working closely with Account Managers and senior team members, you will support client-facing activity and internal operations, including preparing materials, producing reports, coordinating workflows and supporting internal projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects and processes run smoothly, contributing to excellent client service and gaining exposure to world-class clients within a culturally engaged creative environment.
The working hours for this role are 9.00am–5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am–5.00pm on Fridays. This is a hybrid position with one day per week based at the Hertford head office, one day in London and flexibility to work remotely for the remaining three days. The role offers a competitive salary of £27,000–£30,000 depending on experience.
Due to the location of our client, candidates must have their own mode of transport.

*Provide daily project and admin support to Account Managers and senior team members
*Assist with client-facing activity, including preparing documents, coordinating deliverables and supporting project communications
*Coordinate internal projects by tracking tasks, timelines and progress to ensure smooth delivery
*Produce internal and client reports, collating data, insights and progress updates
*Work closely with curators, project managers, technical teams and operations to ensure clear information flow across the agency
*Support meeting preparation, including agenda creation, note-taking, follow-up actions and organisation of shared resources
*Manage smaller internal tasks or mini projects independently when required
*Contribute to process improvements to help streamline workflows and enhance team organisation
*Assist in drafting and maintaining SOPs, process documentation and internal guides
*Provide general coordination and administrative support wherever needed
Skills & Experience

*Strong organisational skills with confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Comfortable working with internal teams and supporting client communication when required
*Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn
