About the role

Are you driven, articulate, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, supportive team as a Lettings Negotiator, where your passion for property and people will shine.
You’ll play a key role in growing the lettings portfolio, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting applicants and landlords through the entire lettings process. Every day will offer variety, autonomy, and the chance to build valuable relationships in the local property market.

*Full UK driving licence and own car are essential
What’s in it for you
*£25,000 basic salary
*OTE Year 1: £26,000–£28,000
*OTE Year 2: £28,000–£30,000
