FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER – MARKETING
LONDON – 2 DAYS IN OFFICE – PERMANENT – PE-BACKED GLOBAL BUSINESS
£55,000 - £60,000 + benefits
Are you a finance operations lead looking for a bigger platform? Do you enjoy working in evolving environments where you can help build structure?
We’re hiring for a Finance Operations Manager within a global B2B marketing group. Backed by private equity and growing fast, the business has recently implemented new systems and is still working through data migration, integration and process design.
This role sits at the centre of that change. You’ll take ownership of AP, AR and employee expenses across multiple entities, lead a small team, and play a hands-on part in building scalable processes.
WISH LIST
*Experience leading AP/AR operations across multiple entities
*Strong understanding of financial controls and reporting
*Comfortable working in evolving, fast-paced settings
THE ROLE
*Own end-to-end AP and AR processes across global operations
*Manage employee expenses and credit card admin
*Lead and develop a small transactional finance team
*Maintain tight controls and audit readiness
*Prepare weekly AP/AR reports with commentary on risks and opportunities
*Monitor cash flow, DSO and DPO metrics
*Maintain data accuracy across Intacct and other platforms
*Support ongoing system integration and data migration
*Collaborate with operations, FP&A and business partners
*Drive process automation and efficiency improvements
*Champion continuous improvement and scalability
*Support ad hoc tasks from the Group Financial Controller
YOUR PROFILE
*Experienced in transactional finance operations (AP, AR, expenses)
*Proven track record managing and developing a team
*Effective communicator – written & verbal
*Good working knowledge of MS Excel
*Confident managing through change and ambiguity
*Comfortable helping to build structure and processes from the ground up
SALARY & BENEFITS
*£55,000 - £60,000 + benefits
*2 days in London office, 3 days remote
