Interim Financial Controller - Tetbury
Location: Tetbury (onsite five days per week initially, moving to hybrid thereafter)
Duration: 3-6 months
Start Date: Immediate
Rate: £380-£420 per day (via Umbrella)
We are seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to support the finance function of an institute during a period of increased activity and capacity pressure. This is a hands-on assignment in a high-growth environment, offering the opportunity to lead a small finance team and act as a key point of contact for the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead monthly management accounts and analysis, producing accounts to a high standard
*Produce high-quality financial reports, including KPIs, analysis, and commentary
*Develop monthly forecasts and support budgeting, long-term planning, and capital projects
*Support the Finance Director in shaping financial strategies aligned with educational and commercial objectives
*Operate effectively within a fast-paced and pressured environment
*Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and sound financial judgement
Candidate Requirements:
*Experienced finance professional, available at short notice
*Practical, hands-on approach to finance and reporting
*Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
