Epicor Systems Support – Contract Role (6 Months)
£300–£400 per day (Outside IR35, depending on experience)
Location: Birmingham

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Epicor Systems Support Specialist to join a growing organisation on a 6-month contract. You’ll play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Epicor ERP environment, ensuring smooth performance across business operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong hands-on experience with Epicor (preferably Epicor 10 or later).
Key Responsibilities
*Provide day-to-day support for Epicor ERP users across multiple business functions
*Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
*Configure, test, and document system changes and enhancements
*Support upgrades, patches, and module rollouts
*Work closely with IT, Finance, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to optimise system performance
*Develop dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, and custom reports
*Maintain data integrity and support data migration tasks where required
Essential Skills & Experience
*Strong hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (v10 or above)
*Proven background in ERP support within manufacturing or similar environments
*Good understanding of BAQs, BPMs, Customisation tools, and SSRS reporting
*Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional issues
*Solid communication skills with the ability to support stakeholders at all levels
Nice to Have
*Experience with Epicor Kinetic
*SQL querying and data analysis skills
*Knowledge of API integrations
*Understanding of manufacturing workflows and MRP
Contract Details
*Duration: 6 months
*Rate: £300–£400 per day (experience dependent)
*Engagement: Typically outside IR35
*Location: Hybrid (UK-based)
