Marketing Assistant (Temporary)

My client delivers high-quality events for the healthcare sector, working closely with NHS professionals across England. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Marketing Assistant on a temporary basis to support campaigns, events, and internal teams during an exciting period of expansion.
You will work closely with Marketing, Production, and Operations teams, helping to bring campaigns and events to life. From email marketing to event support, your contribution will be visible and valued. The culture is supportive, inclusive, and genuinely people-focused, with wellbeing benefits that reflect this.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the management and maintenance of a database of NHS professionals
*Assist with email marketing campaigns using Dotdigital
*Create and edit marketing assets using Canva
*Work with Production and Operations to prepare graphics and presentation slides, including event and half-time slides
*Support marketing activity for events across England, including Manchester, Birmingham, and Bristol
*Update and manage information using a bespoke system and Excel
*Assist with general marketing tasks and campaign coordination
