The Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained across the full recruitment lifecycle within the Audit & Accountancy market. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, learning how to engage candidates, support clients, and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
This role offers structured training, hands-on exposure, and a clear pathway for progression.

What You’ll Be Doing:
*Supporting senior consultants on audit and accountancy assignments across professional services firms.
*Identifying and engaging graduate to senior-level professionals through research, networking, and outreach.
*Building relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and advising on opportunities.
*Managing interview processes, feedback, and candidate care.
*Learning how to deliver market insight and recruitment solutions to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
*A recent graduate (or soon-to-be) with a strong academic background.
*Interest in Professional Services, Audit, Accountancy, or Financial Services.
*Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships.
