I’m looking for a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join a growing healthcare and technology business based in Tunbridge Wells. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, driven designer who is confident working across both print and digital mediums.
The position will begin as a temporary role, with a strong view to becoming permanent for the right person. Key Responsibilities
*Develop high-quality print and digital design assets, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, website visuals and marketing collateral.
*Work closely with marketing, product and communications teams to deliver on-brand creative that supports campaigns and wider business objectives.
*Follow and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design output.
*Support with layout, typography, visual storytelling and conceptual design for both internal and external projects.
*Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
*Contribute creative ideas in team meetings and support the wider team with ad hoc design needs.
Skills & Experience Required
*Solid experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally mid-weight level.
*Confident working across both print and digital design.
*Fully proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as a minimum).
*Strong understanding of layout, colour, typography and brand consistency.
*Experience within healthcare or technology is a bonus but not essential.
*Ability to interpret briefs, take constructive feedback and deliver compelling, polished design work.
*A portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work across print and digital.
