Senior Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Reactive Maintenance
Based North London
Up to £67k plus package
We are working with a leading Repairs & Maintenance Contractor within the Social Housing sector to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in North London.
Key Responsibilities
*Undertake all aspects of surveying for responsive maintenance projects.
*Manage and lead a team to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
*Oversee cost control, valuations, and financial reporting for projects.
*Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.
About You
*Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the social housing sector, ideally with a focus on responsive maintenance.
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
*Excellent commercial awareness and knowledge of building maintenance processes.
*Effective communication and organisational skills.
*Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management are desirable.
