Job Opportunity: Solicitor – Employment (NQ-5 PQE)
Location: Glasgow
Overview:
A leading firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its Employment team. You’ll manage a varied caseload of mainly contentious matters for both claimant and respondent clients, working within a supportive, modern and well-regarded practice.
Role Requirements:
*Managing an employment law caseload
*Advising on a range of contentious matters
*Drafting documents and progressing cases efficiently
*Staying updated on legal developments
*Working collaboratively on more complex issues
*Building positive relationships with clients
Experience:
*Qualified Solicitor with NQ-5 PQE in employment law
*Experience in contentious work is helpful
*Able to handle files with supervision as required
Skills:
*Clear communicator and confident with clients
*Good organisational and time-management abilities
*Effective researcher and comfortable with digital tools
*Team-focused, proactive and commercially aware
