Year 1 Teacher - Part-Time (Thursdays & Fridays)

Start Date: Easter 2026
Contract: Two days per week, until the end of the academic year. Thursday and Friday
Veritas Education is working closely with a welcoming Lancaster primary school seeking an experienced Year 1 Teacher to join their team from Easter through to July 2026. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for a passionate educator who thrives in EYFS and KS1 settings. This is a job share position.
About the Role *Teaching a lovely Year 1 class
*Thursdays and Fridays each week
*Planning, delivery, and assessment expected
*Supportive leadership team and friendly staff
What the School Is Looking For *A qualified teacher (QTS essential)
*Strong EYFS/KS1 experience
*Confident with early phonics, early maths, and transition from Reception to Year 1
*Someone committed, nurturing, and able to hit the ground running
