Customer Service Coordinator
*Job Type: Temp to Perm, Full-time
*Location: Guildford
*Salary: £13.50 per hour

Day-to-day of the role:
*Act as the first point of contact for service users, handling incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
*Coordinate the logistics of equipment deliveries, collections, and installations in collaboration with Driver Technicians.
*Review online orders to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors.
*Process orders and manage invoices using internal systems.
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a fast-paced office or customer service environment.
*Confident and effective communication skills, particularly over the phone.
*High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
*Experience with administration and diary management.
*Strong IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
