Administrator (12 months FTC Maternity Cover)

*Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
We’re seeking a dedicated Branch Administrator to provide essential support to our team during a 12-month maternity cover period on behalf of our client based in Woodbridge.
About the Role
You will be the central point of coordination within the branch. Acting as administrative Assistant to the Office Manager and Sales Manager, you’ll also provide wider administrative support across departments, ensuring communication is accurate, timely, and professional. This is a fantastic opportunity to support customers, assist colleagues, and ensure operations stay on track.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide admin support to the Branch & Sales Manager and support other departments as needed
*Manage incoming calls, acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
*Prepare sales quotations; issue invoices and delivery notes
*Carry out daily cashiering duties
*Maintain and regularly update the sales database
