You will be responsible for:
*Providing a high-quality service across sales, purchases, and remortgages
*Managing complex files and/or high-net-worth client work
*Delivering against fee income targets and maintaining accurate time recording
*Ensuring compliance with the monthly fee earner certificate process
*Keeping up to date with legal, regulatory, and market developments
The ideal candidate will bring:
*Strong legal knowledge with in-depth technical residential conveyancing experience
*The confidence and ability to handle complex matters independently
*A commitment to outstanding client care, delivered in a personable and accessible way
*Experience supervising or supporting less-qualified team members
*Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to meet fee targets and maintain excellent realisation rates
