Warehouse Operative High Wycombe

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work with one of our established clients based in the High Wycombe area.
This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse environment, primarily focused on picking, packing, and general warehouse duties. The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will live locally to High Wycombe or have their own transport to ensure reliable travel to and from the workplace.
Key Responsibilities: * Picking and packing orders accurately to customer requirements

* Ensuring goods are packaged safely and correctly to prevent damage

* Loading and unloading goods from lorries and containers

* Carrying out general warehouse duties as required

* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe working environment

* Following all health & safety procedures at all times

Candidate Requirements: * Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is desirable but not essential

* Good attention to detail when picking and packing orders

* Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties

* Reliable, punctual, and flexible with duties

* Able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
