The Role
You will manage your own caseload of private family law matters, including:
*Divorce and separation
*Financial remedy proceedings
*Child arrangements and custody disputes
*Pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements
You’ll inherit an existing caseload and play an active role in business development, helping to grow the department further.
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2–5 years PQE in family law
*Strong track record of handling complex family law matters
*Membership of Resolution preferred
*Experience with high-net-worth clients and/or complex cases
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Ability to work independently and supervise junior team members
*Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for non-court dispute resolution (NCDR)
*Mediation or collaborative training is desirable but not essential
