A well-established, client-focused Financial Planning firm in Sussex is looking to recruit a Chartered Financial Adviser to deliver a holistic financial planning service to new and existing clients. Role Overview:


You will provide tailored financial planning solutions across Investments, Pensions, Personal Tax, Estate Planning, and Protection, delivering advice that aligns with clients’ objectives. You will also be responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting the firm’s growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities:


*Conduct comprehensive fact-finding and client discovery
*Develop and review clients’ risk profiles and financial objectives
*Recommend suitable financial solutions based on research and market knowledge
*Prepare suitability reports and deliver advice via video, telephone, and face-to-face meetings
*Maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular reviews
*Work closely with paraplanners, administrators, and investment managers to ensure holistic, compliant advice
*Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and maintain professional standards


Person Specification:


*Fully Chartered Financial Planner (Level 6 Advanced Diploma or equivalent) with valid SPS
*Experience across investments, pensions, protection, personal tax, and estate planning
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
*Highly organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused
*Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
*Confident using technology and financial planning tools; experience with video/telephone advice delivery
