The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our Interim & Temporary Recruitment division.
Working closely with the Directors, you’ll own the strategy, win new business, and build long-term client relationships. Delivery will be supported by our existing back-office team, allowing you to focus on growth, leadership and client engagement.
This is a genuine opportunity to build a division from scratch within a successful, established business — with a clear route into senior leadership.
What You’ll Do
*Re-launch and lead the Interim & Temporary division
*Win new interim/temporary assignments with new and existing clients
*Develop senior client relationships across the UK & Europe
*Oversee delivery via existing consultants
*Shape scalable processes and commercial strategy
*Represent Nicholas Howard in virtual and in-person client meetings, with no geographic or sector constraints.
About You
*Proven experience winning interim and/or temporary recruitment business
*Credible, mature and commercially astute
*Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and building something meaningful
*Strong communicator at all levels
*Passionate about people, careers and business impact
