Van Driver – Pharmaceutical Deliveries (Permanent) Oxford
£30,000 basic + up to £2,000+ per year
Monday to Friday | Early starts (around 6am)
Job DescriptionWe are recruiting a Van Driver to join a specialist logistics operation supporting the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. This is a permanent role offering stability, training, and long-term career progression.
You will be responsible for the safe delivery and collection of pharmaceutical products, operating temperature-controlled vehicles and working to strict compliance and security procedures.
Key Responsibilities*Delivering and collecting pharmaceutical items
*Local hub routes with some long-distance driving when required
*Deliveries to high-security sites
*Completing daily vehicle checks
*Using PDAs and delivery apps
*Adhering to all driving, safety, and compliance regulations
*Representing the business professionally at all times
Shift Pattern*Monday to Friday
*Early starts from approximately 6am
*Occasional weekend overtime (with notice)

Requirements*Minimum 6 months van driving experience
*Clean driving licence (no more than 6 points)
*5-year checkable work history
*DBS check (paid for by the company)
*CO certificate may be required (paid for by the company)
*Willing to sign an NDA due to the nature of the work
