Sales Negotiator – Stafford
Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for property sales? We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a highly regarded independent estate agency in Stafford. The Role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be at the heart of the sales process, helping buyers find their ideal home and guiding vendors through every step of their property journey. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, and rewarding, with plenty of opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing enquiries from buyers and sellers, providing exceptional customer service.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings, offering expert advice.
• Negotiating offers to secure the best outcome for clients.
• Overseeing the sales process to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and surveyors to support successful sales.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Keeping up to date with market trends and local property values.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in estate agency sales (preferred but not essential).
• A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
