Fairway Tyre & Auto Services Watford Ltd are recruiting for a Mechanic / MOT Tester to join a fast paced environment. We’re a family run business looking to add talent to our already fantastic team.
Are you the right person for the job?
*MOT Tester preferred, but not essential
*Previous experience within a similar role
*Professional and presentable appearance with good communication skills
*Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
What will your role look like?
*Carrying out Vehicle diagnostics
*Carrying out Vehicle servicing, replacement of brakes, clutches, tyres, cambelts and general vehicle repairs
*Carrying out paper and digital management of customer, vehicle and parts information
*Management of tracking and security of vehicle keys
*Ensuring the workshop is clean and complies with Health & Safety Regulations
*Liaising with the Service Adviser to ensure that jobs are managed in a timely manner
*Reporting to the Master Technician
*Working in a safe and tidy manner
Working hours:
*Monday to Friday: 8:30-5:30
*Saturdays (Alternate) - 8:30-1
*BONUS SCHEME IN PLACE*
