Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in driving performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and growing market share within the Weybridge branch. This role is ideal for a high-performing estate agent looking to take the next step into management within a corporate environment.
You will play a key role in motivating the sales team, generating new business, and ensuring the branch operates in line with company standards, compliance requirements, and brand values.
Key Responsibilities*Support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch
*Assist in leading, motivating, and developing the sales team to achieve individual and branch targets
*Generate new business through valuations, instructions, and proactive market engagement
*Conduct property valuations and convert opportunities into instructions
*Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process
*Monitor sales progression and support negotiators to ensure deals are driven through to completion
*Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures
*Assist with training, coaching, and performance management of team members
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, and local stakeholders
*Provide management cover in the Sales Manager’s absence when required
Skills & Experience Required*Proven experience in residential estate agency sales
*Strong knowledge of the local Weybridge property market (desirable)
*Demonstrated ability to generate business and close deals
*Leadership potential with the confidence to support and motivate a team
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
*Target-driven with a results-focused mindset
*Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
