An established and growing Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm based in Manchester is seeking an organised and proactive IFA Administrator to join its busy support team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial services administration who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and supporting advisers and paraplanners.


Role & Responsibilities:


*Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
*Preparing and processing new business and follow-on applications
*Liaising with product providers, platforms, and third parties
*Obtaining and chasing policy information, valuations, and illustrations
*Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems
*Producing suitability letters and documentation as required
*Handling client queries by telephone and email in a professional manner
*Supporting compliance and adherence to FCA regulations and internal procedures
*Managing general office administration


Do you have the following to apply?
