My client is looking for a Subscriptions Manager to take full ownership of their membership offering – from acquisition to retention to everything in between.


This isn’t a support role. You’ll own the strategy, build the roadmap, and drive the numbers. Subscriptions are projected to hit 20% of total revenue within two years, so this is commercially critical and highly visible.


Your remit:
*Owning subscription growth end-to-end – acquisition, conversion, retention, reactivation
*Shaping the membership proposition and package architecture
*Building and executing acquisition plans across paid, organic, partnerships and offline channels
*Partnering with CRM to develop lifecycle programmes that reduce churn and boost LTV
*Tracking performance obsessively – CPA, CAC, churn, retention, ARPU, the lot
*Securing strategic partnerships that add genuine subscriber value


The successful candidate will demonstrate:
*Proven experience owning growth for a subscription or membership product
*Strong acquisition marketing skills across multiple channels
*A test-and-learn mindset with solid CRO experience
*Confidence with data – you can spot trends, diagnose issues and present to senior stakeholders
*Organisation, pace and comfort with ambiguity
