Warwickshire (3 days onsite per week)

We’re proud to be working with a multi-award-winning integrated marketing agency, based in Warwickshire. Following a series of exciting client wins and continued organic expansion, the team is on the lookout for a Paid Media Executive or Manager to join their dynamic and collaborative digital team.
This role offers the chance to work across a diverse client portfolio within B2C and B2B sectors, managing end-to-end paid media campaigns that span paid social and PPC. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping strategy, launching campaigns, reporting on performance, and driving tangible results.

What you’ll be doing:
*Campaign strategy & planning: You’ll help to shape and build tailored paid media strategies that align with your clients goals and objectives.
*Campaign Management: Set up, manage and optimise paid social and PPC campaigns with a focus on performance optimisation.
*Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs and conversions, creating clear, insightful reports with recommendations for continual improvement.
*Client Communication: Be the point of contact for client updates and campaign feedback. You’ll build trusted relationships and confidently present insights and performance updates.
*Innovation & Testing: Keep up to date with industry trends and platform changes to offer the best digital solutions to your clients.
What we’re looking for:
*Previous hands-on experience running paid media campaigns in either PPC or paid social – or both!
*A love of digital marketing and a willingness to continue to learn and develop!
*Someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional service to clients, building great relationships with colleagues and playing a key part in the success of the agency overall.
*A driving license – you must be able to drive for this role.
