*Drafting and advising on onshore trusts
*Preparing tax-efficient wills, including trust structures
*Probate and estate administration matters
*Court of Protection work
*Powers of attorney
*Acting for individuals, families, trustees and private wealth advisers
*Exposure to national and international private client matters
Candidate Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
*Minimum of 4 years’ PQE within private client law
*Strong technical foundation with a willingness to develop expertise
*STEP membership advantageous but not essential
