A well-established and highly regarded Legal 500 law firm is recruiting a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing dispute resolution team in St Austell. This role sits within a reputable mixed litigation team handling a steady flow of inbound work, meaning no requirement for business development. You will join a close-knit team within a long-standing firm that has a strong presence across Cornwall and the wider South West.

The Role
You will manage a varied and interesting civil litigation caseload, excluding personal injury and clinical negligence. Matters will include:
*General civil litigation
*Contentious probate and inheritance disputes
*Property litigation and landlord and tenant disputes
*Advising individuals, businesses and national clients
*Managing files independently from instruction to resolution
Candidate Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
*Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification litigation experience
*Experience handling your own civil litigation caseload (experience of all of the above not needed)
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Supervisory or mentoring experience beneficial but not essential
