Trident Healthcare Solutions UK is recruiting Care Assistants / Healthcare Assistants (HCA) to work locum and agency shifts across UK residential and nursing care homes.
Role Overview
*Deliver high-quality personal and elderly care
*Assist with daily living activities (washing, dressing, mobility)
*Support residents’ health, wellbeing, and dignity
*Follow CQC, safeguarding, and infection control standards
*Work as part of a professional care home team
Requirements
*Minimum 6 months UK experience as a Care Assistant / HCA
*Right to work in the UK
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
*Mandatory training (Moving & Handling, Safeguarding, BLS)
*Good English communication skills
