Senior Sales Negotiator
Salary: £25k - £28k DOE with a OTE of £30k - £35k
Hours: Monday - Friday - 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am–2pm

A well-established and reputable estate agency is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team in a senior capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing applicants, conducting viewings, and progressing sales
*Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
*Negotiating offers confidently and effectively
*Supporting the wider team with valuations and pipeline management
*Representing the brand professionally at all times
Requirements
*Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Confident, proactive, and target-driven
*Excellent local market knowledge
*Ability to work 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am–2pm)
Package
*Competitive OTE of £35,000
