Job Title: CNC Turner Nights
Location: Commutable from Leicester
Salary / Pay Rate: £53,564 per annum
Shift / Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm - 6:00am

The Role
As a CNC Turner Nights, you’ll be responsible for manufacturing aerospace parts. You’ll work as part of a skilled team, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
*Set up and operate CNC Turning machines following approved procedures and programs.
*Read, interpret, and control CNC code to support accurate machine setup and operation.
*Manage all setup parameters including datum setting, tool length, and wear offsets to maintain process accuracy.
*Ensure quality output through precise machining and effective use of measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, etc.).
About You:
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the Aerospace or Automotive industry.
*Apprentice trained or proven equivalent hands-on experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
*Skilled in working to production timelines, SOPs, and company-specific documentation.
*Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
*Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and results-driven approach.
