Executive Assistant – Investment firm

I’m working with a leading investment firm in Mayfair who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy Real Estate team.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys being at the center of things, keeping multiple stakeholders on track and anticipating what’s needed before being asked. You’ll be supporting senior individuals in a collaborative, high-performing environment where attention to detail and discretion are key. The successful EA must be highly proactive and importantly, a team player.

What you’ll do:
*Extensive diary management for MD’s across multiple time zones
*Organising meetings and events
*Booking complex international travel
*Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
*Preparing presentations, documents and meeting materials as required
*Processing expenses and general administrative support
*Supporting deal flow and assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed

What you’ll need:
*Proven EA experience, preferably within financial services or banking
*Confident supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Strong communication skills with a team orientated, can-do approach
*Discreet, reliable and comfortable handling confidential information
