Job Description:
FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We’re on the lookout for an Employability Tutor to support with delivery of accredited qualifications in the follow areas:
- Care
- Business Skills
- Construction
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage delivery of Employability Skills to participants looking to gain employment.
* *Deliver high-quality Employability classes adapting to various learning styles and needs to suit small groups of learners.
*Ensure inclusive teaching strategies are embedded across the team.
*Promote a positive learning environment that supports engagement, wellbeing, and progress.
*Develop and implement effective schemes of work and curriculum planning tailored to individual learner needs.
*Provide support of safeguarding measures.
*Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning standards, carrying out observations and learning walks.
*Track learner progress, outcomes, and achievement rates against key performance indicators (KPIs).
*Ensure compliance with awarding bodies, funding requirements, and college policies.
Person Specification:
Essential:
*Recognised teaching or assessing qualifications (e.g. A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32/33 PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, PTTLS)
*Level 2 or above qualification in English and Maths.
*Proven experience delivering Employability Skills - supporting learners with ALN’s.
Salary up to £30,000 + additional benefits.
