About the Role KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Delivering outstanding service to guests, creating welcoming and memorable experiences
• Working as part of a friendly and supportive team to ensure smooth service across bar, front-of-house, and dining areas
• Learning about our food, drink, and menus to confidently guide and assist guests
• Maintaining high standards in presentation, setup, and breakdown of your area
• Assisting with stock, payments, and keeping your workspace organized and efficient
• Following all Health and Safety procedures to keep yourself and others safe

Zero-hours Casual Worker Agreement offering flexibility.

Requirements PERSON SPECIFICATIONS – SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong Leadership skills with a can-do attitude
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills and someone who is happy to speak to customers to offer recommendations and information
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and thrive on a challenge
• Good food and beverage knowledge
• Take pride in contributing to the enjoyment of our guests
• A high standard of personal presentation and hygiene
• Hard working and proactive in solving issues and queries that may arise
