Sacco Mann is delighted to be working with a highly regarded law firm in Altrincham, to recruit an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

The Role
You will manage a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service throughout.
Responsibilities include:
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Managing files independently from start to finish
* Providing clear, practical advice to clients and agents
* Attending weekly team meetings and regular 1-to-1s with management
* Contributing to continuous improvement and client satisfaction
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Residential Conveyancer
* Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
* Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently
* Excellent communication and client-care skills
* Consistent track record of delivering high-quality legal work
