Your Role as Employment Tax Director In this senior role you will:
*Act as a lead internal and external contact on Employment Tax matters
*Build strong relationships across the business and with clients
*Shape and grow the Employment Tax service line strategically
*Work closely with other service lines to deliver joined-up solutions
*Coach, develop and mentor junior and mid-level team members
*Train and support graduates and school leavers
*Collaborate on go-to-market and business development activity
This is a high-visibility, senior position where your expertise, leadership and initiative will materially influence both client outcomes and the firm’s Employment Tax strategy.

*Professional qualification such as ATT, CTA (or equivalent)
*Substantial technical knowledge across key employment tax areas
*Strong client-facing experience and relationship management skills
