What You’ll Be Doing:
*Supporting daily operations with general admin duties (calls, mail, emails)
*Coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries
*Receiving and logging stock, identifying any discrepancies
*Processing and reporting on returned stock
*Preparing and editing reports for clients and internal teams
*Tracking and recording additional charges
*Building strong working relationships with clients and suppliers
*Supporting special projects and tasks as needed


What We’re Looking For:
*2+ years of administrative experience
*Confident user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); WMS familiarity a plus
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong attention to detail and time management
*Team-oriented and trustworthy with a self-starter mindset
*Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment
*Bonus: familiarity with basic accounting processes


Location: Aylesford, Kent
Schedule: Full-time (onsite)
