The RoleYou’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the Sales & Trade Support team, ensuring smooth workflows, supporting team members, and acting as the first point of escalation. You’ll also play a key role in improving processes, enhancing the customer journey, and helping the department scale as the business continues to grow.
