Monday to Friday

Property Manager – Key Responsibilities
*Coordinating Maintenance from the initial enquiry through to invoicing
*Providing recommendations on third party Property Visits
*Management of all compliance certification post move in
*End of tenancies-including serving of all legal notices, attending court hearings, evictions and negotiating the return of the deposit
*Resolving enquiries
*High levels of customer service liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues
Property Manager - Personal Attributes
*Must be confident, approachable, and professional with a positive, can-do attitude
*Proven experience in property management, including Section 21 and Section 8 notices
*Strong team player who works effectively with colleagues across departments
*Highly motivated, positive, and committed to personal growth and continuous development
*Customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*ARLA (desirable but not essential)
Property Manager - Additional Benefits
