FIELD ENGINEER
Location: London (with travel to client sites within London)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + Performance Bonus
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Arrangement: Office-based with regular travel to client sites

THE FIELD ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY
As a Field Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional onsite technical support to clients. Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing hands-on technical support at client sites, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
*Preparing and conducting site visits, audits, and assessments.
*Configuring and supporting technologies including Windows, M365, Intune AutoPilot, SCCM, and Active Directory.
*Troubleshooting hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, mobiles, and network devices.
*Collaborating with internal teams to assist with project delivery and maintain accurate documentation.
YOUR KEY SKILLS
To succeed in this role, you will need:
*At least one Microsoft accreditation (MS-102, MD-102, MS-700, AZ-104, AZ-140, or AZ-700).
*Proven experience delivering onsite IT support to senior stakeholders and VIPs.
*Strong knowledge of Windows deployment, Intune, SCCM, and M365.
*Hands-on experience with Azure and mobile device management.
*Networking knowledge including troubleshooting, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
*Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.
