Job Description:
A prestigious Chartered IFA practice in Chester are looking for an Adviser to join them to take over a client portfolio. The MD of the business is looking to step into more of a Chairman role, and as such he is looking for an individual to take over c. £50m to £60m of his portfolio. Clients are broadly in the £500k to £2m range with full paraplanning and admin support.
The firm:
A regional Chartered IFA firm
Role will include:
*Portfolio reviews with existing clients.
*Working with the retiring adviser on their client portfolio.
*Using cash flow modelling and lifestyle financial planning as required.
*Understanding a client’s needs and having proficiency in more complex matters, especially IHT, VCT, EIS and SIPP/SSAS schemes.
*Maintaining up to date and compliant client files in conjunction with the technical team.
*Keeping up to date CPD
*Actively seeking out new client opportunities as required
