Job Description:
Dispute Resolution Lawyer – Commercial Litigation (5+ PQE) Location: Newcastle upon Tyne A high-profile opening for a Commercial Litigation Associate/Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join a top-tier Dispute Resolution team based in the North East.
You’ll:
*Handle a broad mix of commercial disputes: contract & shareholder issues, professional negligence, procurement/IT/data, reputation matters.
*Join a team ranked Tier 1, working with national clients and senior colleagues in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
*Gain visibility, growth and client-facing responsibility with a supportive progression path.
Ideal Candidate:
*5+ years PQE in commercial litigation.
*Strong technical skills, able to handle complex matters, lead junior fee-earners and be client-facing.
*Comfortable with business-development input and willing to build your profile.
