Job Description:
I am recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Billing Administrator to join the Finance Department for a client in Leicester.
As a Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the billing process, maintaining accurate transaction records, and ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include producing billing guides, reviewing monthly WIP schedules, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance and VAT regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:


- Proven experience in a billing or accounting environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience with Aderant or previous work within a law firm (desirable but not essential).
