SEN Teaching Assistant - Full Time
Location: Kingston upon Thames
Start Date: January
Pay: £95-£115 per day (depending on experience)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Kingston upon Thames from January. This is a full-time position, working closely with pupils who have special educational needs, supporting them both academically and emotionally throughout the school day.
The Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN

* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

* Support pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties

* Promote positive behaviour and help create a safe, nurturing learning environment

* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff

The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working with children with SEN (school-based experience preferred)

* A patient, caring, and proactive approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
